Every project is assigned a team whose expertise and experience fits with the specific needs of the project. Our team – comprising scientists, program managers and account managers – manage timelines, program progress, program alterations, client communication, and budgets. We collaborate to assess the complexity, specialization, and magnitude of each project – along with the needs of the client team – to ensure that we design and deliver to meet each project goal.
